This 3 hour online workshop facilitated by Matthew Liam Gardner is an opportunity to drop into a deeper intimacy with the prayer at the core of your being.

This is big, beautiful and sacred work thats here to reconnect you with your essence, your deepest why, and the wild, world birthing passion that lives at the heart of your being.

This short journey has been designed to meet you wherever you’re at in the great unfolding of a human life.

So whether you feel that you’re decades deep in work of this nature or you’re just getting started, you’ll find this to be a meaningful and worthwhile experience.

This workshop is here to meet you as we slowly come out of winter here in the northern hemisphere and begin to emerge from a season of humblings, tender unmakings and rebirthings.

Having said that the wisdoms and practices shared in this workshop are universal and timeless so our brothers and sisters in the southern hemisphere are warmly welcomed to join us too (particularly if you’re emerging from a chapter of life where you’ve gone on a significant journey of deepening or rebirth).

If you join us you’ll spend an intentional 3 hours grounding into what is truly most important to you, connecting with who you really are, coming eye to eye with your own deep being, and remembering again in your body what it is that you most deeply love.

This will be an embodied and experiential journey that will walk you through 3 simple but powerful embodiment practices each followed by a short, integrative sharing circle.

These practices have been born out of my own personal teachings and have been subtly influenced over two decades as a practitioner by dozens of teaches and lineages. In me sharing these practices with you in this way they become your own to use over the course of a lifetime and pass on to others should you feel called to.

Along the way I’ll give a few brief talks that will help you understand what we are doing and put these practices into a context you can relate to.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, deeply connected to your own being, and glad you came.

Matthew works mostly in the liminal realms and you could consider this workshop to be a subtle form of shamanic ceremony and a portal of remembering.

Much of what we will journey together in this workshop will live beyond words and the conscious mind and rather be experienced as a sacred recalibration bringing your auric field, energy body and your physical form into resonance with the deep soul.
