Matthew Liam Gardner is a Cultural Pioneer, Aquarian Age Thought Leader and devoted 2nd-Generation Master Teacher based in Manchester, UK.

 

He has been working for two decades with leaders, change makers and communities of all kinds on a mission to remember a greater love, live a deeper story and actualize our extraordinary potential.

 

Today, he facilitates life-changing workshops, ritual councils, and multi-day immersions both online and in-person.

I'm committed to leaving this world a little better than I found it. I'm dreaming a dream where life on Earth actually improves over time rather than deteriorates, where our greater ecosystem becomes richer, more fertile and more alive rather than becoming increasing sterile and lifeless.

This great shift asks for us to reimagine how we operate as individual human beings, as leaders, as localized communities, and as a greater human collective.

 

Along the way we need to draw lessons from the past, listen deeply to the emergent moment and actively and creatively engage our shared future.

 

I believe that this shift won't just happen through strategy or politics or protesting and science. I believe that this change asks for the leaders of this age to deeply embody and model a 'Rare Kind of Love', a genuine humanity and a devotional willingness that actually breaks the spell.

My mission is to stir grassroots change by modeling this kind of love, bringing together the soul-led leaders and the great forces of love, and initiating and supporting those who are ready as they walk the uncommon path, and in together genuinely shift the tides of our times.

This revolution begins at the kitchen table, in our lounge rooms, in our families, in our friendship groups and in how we move through life as forces of love on a day-by-day basis.

These are the micro-cultures from which our societal culture is made, the tiny drops that together create an ocean.

​

It's not just about facilitating workshops or teaching key learnings any more, now we must BE THE THING we teach, LIVE THE THING we advocate for, and be willing to be radically grown both by the journey itself and by each other along the way.

This is grassroots change and a genuine rippling that is already well underway. We stoke this fire by coming together, meeting in a rare kind of powerful and initiatory exchange, becoming deeply and beautifully self-aware, inviting the sacred into our shared spaces, meeting in the mythic and the liminal, offering everything we are to the centre, and consenting to be radically ripened, grown and matured by unfolding process.

My approach brings us together in Council and in the equality of our seats of power, for sacred exchange, in Wisdom Circle for the emergent mystery to reveal itself through us, and in transformational immersions where I pass on key rememberings, walk with you through key evolutionary moments and support you into readiness for your seat in the ritual councils that are to come.
