There are parts of our being we learned to push away, to reject and to wrong. Parts we wrapped in secrecy, shame, or silence. Yet our shadows aren't something to fix or purge or dishonour. They are here to ripen and mature through our presence, honesty, creativity, and love.

Shadowlands is a three-immersion journey into the beauty, power, and tenderness of the shadow. Through somatic exploration, movement, art-making, story, and sacred theatre, you'll meet parts of yourself that have long been waiting to be met and loved.

This is both personal and transpersonal/mythic work. Our journey over these immersive 3 days together is here to beautifully and powerfully meet these deeper layers of your being where your identity, personal story, culture, and soul all merge into the unconscious reality that lives under and shapes your everyday experience of life.
