What is the Cultural Leadership Immersion?
The Cultural Leadership Immersion is a catalytic, in-person journey for those who feel called to step more fully into their role in this time. It is not a workshop or a conventional training, but an immersive environment where you are met directly in who you are and what is asking to emerge through you. Set within a carefully held field, this work brings together deep relational process, subtle ritual, embodied practice, and mythic inquiry to support a shift that is both personal and collective.
Over the course of the immersion, you are invited into a level of honesty and contact that is rare in most spaces. This includes meeting the parts of yourself you avoid, confronting patterns that keep you small, and coming into relationship with the deeper intelligence that lives within your body and your life. The work moves beyond insight into lived experience, where you begin to remember something more fundamental about how to be, how to listen, and how to stand in your life with clarity and presence. What emerges is not a new identity, but a deeper contact with what has always been there.
